Mondo
My wife was contacted by a telesales agent representing Mondo. She accepted an offer on a Mecer 13.3" touch screen laptop. That was a week ago. She was told the item would be couriered to our address. I checked the Mondo website and could not find any special on said item. Needless to say I'm worried, and no courier takes a week for delivery in SA. I sent mail via the Mondo website (https://www.mondo.co.za/) with no reply yet. Have we been ****med or does Mondo's logistics not operate smoothly and maybe needs proper management?
