Mixed experience but problem resolved

My initial experience was not great- the lady at the call centre even though I.said I would prefer to look at all my options, rushed through my upgrade and failed to identify that I had an esim attached to my contract, therefore suggesting an inappropriate top up contract for me. Subsequently I had to cancel this upgrade to avoid my esim being disconnected.

Khayelihle however heard my request and promptly assisted me in this regard without any difficulty. My upgrade was canceled and I will be billed month to month until I can find a suitable package.
