Mistake acknowledged

<p>I recently took up a contract a Telkom contract with Mondo,the agent who called the first time gave me wrong information and I lodged a complaint, however, I'd like to thank the agent. By the name of Balungile Qwabe who called me to acknowledged the mistake and even offered a solution to the problem,her service was the best, we need more friendly agents like her.I wanted to cancel the contract but because of how she treated me,with respect, I will keep it.</p>
