MISSLEADING INFORMATION

*********** Sales Rep. Who are just hungry to make a sale at any cost with no idea of the implications of their false information.

I received a call from one of their Sales Rep offering data on a month to month basis at fixed price via debit order, first question asked, will you do a credit check on me, if so, unfortunately I cant do it. The Sales representative assured me that, there is no credit check done, i asked her more than 3 times.

To my surprise they have done a credit check and even sent a confirmation email stating that , i have given them consent to do check my credit profile which is a lie!!

I have resorted to this platform as it is difficult to even get hold of them, MTN (Northgate) wont even intervene when i visited them, they told me they have nothing to do with online applications, i need to contact Mondo directly.
