Misleading service providers...

Horrible service!!! MISLEADING 1st They make promises they cannot keep - pose as MTN service provider 2nd Their "DSV" courier service they are using are absolutely inadequate, cannot stick to a allocated time they call to set, bombard one with calls and SMS's and still can't delivered as REWARDSCO posing as MTN promises within XYZ business days. 3rd Their Receptionist has such a tone of voice and horrible bad habit of interrupting a client when calling ********** - asking personal details like ID numbers, cannot even transfer one to the "posing MTN department". HOW MANY NUMBERS MUST I DIAL to CANCEL this service or speak to the relevant people... And yes I am still waiting for a call back...
