Misleading service

I recently app**** for the iPhone 12 choosing the R499 deal through Vodacom at Mondo. A consultant by the name of Melissa contacted me and rather suggested I take the R569 deal at MTN as it was the last one available and said the R499 was no longer available. I took it because I do need a phone. However I went online after our call and noticed the R499 deal was still available. . I callled this morning and an agent by the name of Amanda helped me cancel as I am not happy with the service I received
