Misleading Sales Tactics and Unauthorized Products

I had a terrible experience with Mondo MTN Sales. Their sales practices are misleading and completely unprofessional. The sales agent added products to my order that I never requested, clearly trying to push extras without my consent. To make matters worse, I was given false delivery dates and timelines just to get me to approve a debit order. After the debit order was approved, there was no accountability for the misinformation provided, and the level of service dropped significantly. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and feels like deliberate deception. I strongly advise others to be very cautious — make sure everything is clearly confirmed in writing before agreeing to anything.
