misleading of data package

i was contacted by a consultant by the name of phumelele Mbili ,employee number 4237, call reference number ckmb ***8 about a data package with 1 gig mobile data and 10 gigs wifi anytime data which was misled to me about the wifi data i have requested assistance regarding to this matter there was a case open two weeks back im stil waiting for response regards to the matter ..<br> AS MONDO SAY THEY HERE TO HELP AND ASSIST CUSTOMERS ANYWAY POSSIBLE THATS JUST UTTER ******** THEY ONLY HERE TO MISLEAD U TO TAKE A CONTRACT AN WANT YOUR MONEY ,BUT WHEN U NEED ASSISTANCE IN SOLVING A MATTER THEY NO WERE TO BE FOUND ..<br> <br> UP TILL THIS VERY MOMENT I STILL GOT NO RESPONSE .. IF MATTERS DOESNT GET SOLVED IL GET MY LEGAL DEPARTMENT TO TAKE ACTION ....i would not recommend anybody to deal with mondo trade partners of Telkom as i thought Telkom would be a better network provider to deal with ...which i was totally WRONG !!!.......
