Misleading

An agents from Mondo(Rewardsco) called me on the 02/09/2019 and offered me a data contract which was promised that its R199pm and the payment will only go off at the end of October 2019 which he elaborated on the call. today i received the sim card which was on the 05/09/2019 and when i called Vodacom to activate the sim they stated to me my first payment will go off in 72 hours. this is truely misleading an unfair to a customer. This agent goes by the name of "MO" at Mondo Vodacom campaign. i need this specific agent reprimanded and the promise to be fulfilled,
