Misleading

Good day, please can you assist me with a query, I received a call on Thursday afternoon offering me a data package and a mobile device, however that call was completely misleading towards the end the agent says that the sim will be delivered so I asked him about the phone then he says I only qualify for 1 deal so I said cancel the data which was R299 per month, firstly I need confirmation that it is canceled on ***. I would also like to know what is going on with the mobile device because he did say I will receive a debit order mandate..which obviously was lies please can someone listen to this call and I was so unwell but he insisted on doing the deal.

This is totally unacceptable they way this was dealt with and I do plan on taking this further should I not recieve feedback.
