MISLEAD CONTRACT DEAL

I have contacted your customer care regarding the contract i have taken up recently with MONDO and have not received feedback regarding the MISLEAD. I already have a contract with MTN and took up this deal as i trust MTN and MONDO was calling on their behalf. The lady said that the P30lite will be dual sim and that was one of the main reasons i took this phone However THIS PHONE IS NOT DUAL SIM. my number is now deactivated as i have not paid and WILL NOT PAY IF THE PHONE IS NOT DUAL SIM, as STATED BY A MONDO AGENT.
