Migration reversal of per the Vodacom system

Thanks to Kimona Pillay for resolving my query relating to a migration that was done on my vodacom contract after I did not agree with the rate that I was being charged because it was higher than the one I was told I would pay. She has sent me an email confirming successfully reversal of the migration as per the Vodacom system. She kept me up to date by calling to inform me on the developments happening.
