Firstly I am only giving one star as I am unable to give less. I canceled a contract with mondo within days after receiving a falsely advertised contract that was nothing as stated when sold to me. This was in Feb 2024. after phoning their so called customer service multiple times and they confirming and promising that the contract has been canceled and i will be refunded for all the months being charged for a service I am not receiving I have once again been billed! When a customer misses a payment they are quick to collect their money or cancel a service but they can go for months *****ING form people. It is also very clear to see that they are FAKING these wonderful reviews as this is not the FIRST time I have dealt with MONDO. WHAT IS BEING DONE ???
