Hi, i spoke to about 4 people last week, and the supervisor assured me that that she would escalate my matter to MTN and ensure that my query is resolved. I see its been 8 days since we spoke and nothing is happening. I have a contract were I get R260,00 airtime monthly, however, this month i only received R229.00. I had a banance of R53,00 on my sim card from last month, but now it has dissapeared. Please fix this mess or cancel my contract immediately.
