Thanks to Melissa Govender from customer care, for being the first person to assist me correctly. She takes pride in her job and assisted me amazingly, I have been speaking to other consultants for the past 3 days and she is the first person who not only could advise me correctly on what was happening with my application, but went the extra mile in making me feel comfortable and heard about what my query was.
