Mecer Guru Pro Laptop

I'm very dissapointed in mondo and vodacom. I've orderd a mecer guru pro laptop. I've spoken to a consultant and everything was checked and all was fine for me to take the contract. The consultant said it will take 3 to 5 working days for the laptop to arrive. But is has been 2 weeks and 4days now. I phoned mondo and it was said the laptop was pending. I had to wait for a vodacom consultant to phone me for why? I don't know because I thought it was all systems go. But somewhere there is a hold up. I've been calling mondo continuously bit all I get is that the laptop is pending!
