Mbuso
Mbuso from mondo customer care assisted me with a query that I have been struggling with since 10 January. I have phone several times and every time I speak to someone I get a response that I would be phoned back but no one ever phones me back. Today for the first time someone said they would phone me back and they actually phoned back and gave me feedback.
