I am so please to report that my query has been resolved. I was in communication with Kimona from Mondo team who has just let me know that my contract has been successfully cancelled. I couldn’t have been happier. From when she spoke to me on Friday she let me know what potentially went wrong with my cancellation and she assured me that it will be sorted.
