Lots of promises but it's all lies

I updated my contract with MTN on the 25 June 2023 and today is the 06Sep 2023. This company lies on the phone. They keep on telling me that my phone will be delivered within 7 working day. They then would lie and say they don't have anything on stock and then other sales person calls you and tells you they have. This has been going on for months now. Don't trust these people. MTN needs to wake up and get a different service partner. I have been with MTN for 20 year and I have never had such a terrible service. Mondo agents refuse to let you speak to their manager and they promise that everything will be resolved within 48 hours. But in my case it's almost 3 months.
