I app**** for a contract sim mondo gives me wrong package i requested early cancelation. Mtn charged me 800 for the cancelation. When i call them they say mondo have to credit me when i call mondo they say mtn has to credit me. It has been 2 months now, last week i submitted my bank statement to mondo today they told me that mtn direct refuse to pay i called mtn they said mondo has to clear the cancelation fees
