I am PHILANI NGUBANE. I recently made a call with regard to my MTN contract, the agent who helped me was LISAMARIE. Her service was incredible, She was very patient and helpful. Considering how difficult we as customers are,she was very calm and knowlegeable she even exceeded my expectations. I therefore cast 5 star rating on her, I would have given her 10 star rating if there any.
