I was told that I would be getting a devise for free on the contract I already have at no additional cost. When I phoned Mondo back to make sure it was at no additional cost I was told I was incorrect and I would have to pay R119 for the devise. I confirmed many time will on the phone with them that it was free and they confirmed it was. Why did the telesales lady lie to me?
