<p>Bought a contact from Mondo over the phone after they called us. When the phone arrived, we see the contract only has one tenth of what they promised. Can't cancel the contract as the phone us already open, but couldn't find out the contract was bogus till we opened the phone. Set up to be *****ed over. </p>

and now i get a call from mondo to sya that "your complaint is invalid" but we will give you one month free on the contract to say sorry. in my experience, you don't give something away if you aren't wrong. so thanks mondo for *****ing R3240.00 from us and "giving us" R135 as a consolation prize.
