Hi, the service received from this company is not acceptable, firstly they offer an upgrade without even disclosing the upgrade fees to be charged. Then when I call to cancel, the agent Lezian says he has cancelled the upgrade. But today 2 days later I call to check and the upgrade is still active. This is not ethical at all. Please do not upgrade any cell phone contracts with these call agents!!!!
