Lezain @ mondo best customer service

I recently had a billing problem with my mtn account, since August i have been emailing, calling mtn & mondo back & forth. Yesterday the 21 of October i was lucky enough my call was answered by Lezain @ mondo, he did an amazing job with patience and kindness the matter took 2days to sort, he never gave up updating me every step of the process. I am very greatful that my call got answered by him.
