laptop deal cancelled stock availability issue

My contract for a laptop deal was cancelled after a "stock availability" issue. Today I received a call from Mondo and a guy by the name of Sachin explained the stock availability issue to me and suggested I look at another make and he made some recommendations. I am now awaiting a call in order to re-apply.
