I just want to rate the service of KIMONA PILLAY at Mondo. This rating is really to rate HER SERVICE rather than Mondo as a company.

All I can say Mondo, is that you're really very blessed to have such a competent, hands-on, peoples person in your employ, because if it wasn't for Kim's absolute going beyond the call of duty attitude, my query probably would still be pending and dragging out.

You have a five star employee and should value her and really look after her.
