I'm honestly pleased with the service I received from the Mondo team very grateful, Kimona was an excellent agent from the Mondo team she truly deserves an increase or even better a better position. She adheres to what what genuine customer service is and puts herself in the clients shoes before even getting irritated with a client. I'm truly grateful and God bless her abundantly.
