Kimona is a gem

Kimona is the only consultant I spoke to at Mondo, Vodacom and RAM who actually knows what's going on, takes pride in her work and who's willing to walk the extra mile. The world of customer care can do with more people like her. Definitely needs to be in s senior position so that she can teach people how to deal with clients.
