I would like to thank Kim Pillay from Mondo, who was the only person to really help me during my 7 month nightmare query between myself, Mondo, Vodacom and RAM couriers.

This lady should not bevhandling queries, but rather be in charge of people handling queries so that she can be an example of what it means to be a customer care consultant.

She did an exceptional job after her company's initial mistake and then sorting out the utter incompetence of both Vodacom and RAM.

Mondo, this lady needs to be way up on your customer care hiearchy. She knows what she's doing and she knows how to get things done.
