KIM AT MONDO
I would like to personally thank Kim for her amazing attitude in helping me sort out the matter to which I complained. She, unlike the other staff did not give me any attitude and bad service, but was friendly, apologetic and extremely helpful. Perhaps all Mondo call centre staff should spend a day with her! Thank you Kim!
