Kim, a real champion!

In explaing my very unpleasant and ongoing experience with Mondo, one that lasted for 12 weeks, Kim, very professional and helpful, did several checks while on the phone to assure me my query has now been resolved. Kim was polite, calm, willing to listen and most importantly, keen and capable to put a bad experience in the past. Kim is a real champion, the kind of staff member any company would like to have in their team.
