Jerusha - Mondo Agent - Great Agent

Jerusha was most helpful in trying to resolve a 3 week old order problem. I was generally impressed with the Mondo staff however specific questions couldn't be answered re what are clear faults in their system. Jerusha = 5 stars Mondo - 3 stars
