I have a very bad service experience with the after sales team after taking an mtn contract on 25th August 2020....I had to call them numerous times and they kept saying my application will be processed.

Jason Naidoo was the only person who helped me during this time..he escalated my application and gave me all the relevant details regard delivery and activation of my sim....he was polite, professional and efficient during all our interactions.
