Is this company a *****??
I'm having a terrible experience with this company. I was called by a call centre operator named Genevieve who talked me into considering a contract with them. I have been trying to cancel this for three days. The number is NEVER ANSWERED. I am unable to request a cancellation on the website and a person named Rashool Ngcobo refers me BACK to the poorly working website. There has been no communication. I want this fixed now. Is this company legit? It seems very **********. Very worried about what I have gotten myself into.
