Interaction with Mondo

I had the pleasure to speak to a salesperson from Mondo. She explained my current cell phone contract and then informed me that I was eligible for an upgrade. However, I was not interested in the upgrade, but still wanted my current contract to continue. I expected her to nag about it, but she didn't! She accepted that I wanted to stick to my current contract immediately. She did not speak slowly, still her voice was crystal clear. She was friendly and highly professional. Even when I asked embarrassing stupid questions, she remained calm and patient, explaining everything to me. I give them a huge thumb's up! Thank you for the pleasant experience!
