intentional misinformation
I recently took out an MTN contract via Mondo Samsung A32. The lady from Mondo told me that I will receive R500.00 airtime. I specifically asked her if I can use the airtime to buy data and she said yes you can do whatever you want with the airtime. Once my Sim card was activated I couldn't buy any data and I contacted MTN and I was told that the airtime is only for calls. I need to contact Mondo to change the deal, I called Mondo and was on hold forever and eventually got hold of them via whatsapp. I explained my problem to them and I was told that they cannot change the contract even though the **** to me. The lay literally **** to me to achieve her target of sales and now when I want to change the contract I am told otherwise. I haven't used a cent of the airtime to date and I am thinking of cancelling the contract all together if I am not assisted by the 15/04/2021.

You need to send me an email stating that you have referred me to MTN store to return my phone which I had for over 10 days. The email should further state that it's due to cancelation of the deal. Otherwise they will not help me and they cannot provide their email as I am the one who is suppose to forward an email.
