Intentional deception by sales consultants
Mondo Consultants *****ulently opened 2 new contracts on my profile. The consultant who's name is shared with them has not been reprimanded in any way. Meanwhile 2 months later im still trying to get the contracts canceled, get my monies back and get my old contracts reinstated. Consultants are useless and supervisors are not more helpful either. Should this not get sorted by today I will be name dropping.

Two new contracts being opened on your profile without your understanding or approval is an extremely serious allegation. After two months, you should not still be trying to have the contracts cancelled, recover the money deducted, and reinstate your previous contracts. We are also concerned that you have already shared the consultant’s name but have seen no evidence of accountability or meaningful progress. Please email your contact details and any existing case reference to *** with "Hello Peter escalation” in the subject line. Our team needs to review the consent and call records, trace both contracts, and provide a clear update on the cancellations, refunds, and reinstatement.
