Inhuman Misleading of people into contracts

Your consultants must find a humanity way of communicating with people because clearly this one of tricking people to enter into wrong contracts is not it. They call you and offer an upgrade on your contract, tell you that's it's R99 and when the bill comes its R500. That is wrong information and it is misleading. A good number of people is complaining about being misled by your consultants. Whoever initiated this misleading strategy in your company must cancel because clearly we see how you are operating.
