Incredible service from Roland. Keep it up.

Roland gave me exceptional service. As part of my contract I was given an accidental death cover benefit with African Unity Life. I needed to change the beneficiary and was bounced backwards and forwards between Mondo and AUL. Fortunately Roland was able to get access to the AUL system and assist me, which is incredible considering its the first time he was required to do so. He was calm and apologetic throughout the interaction.
