Incorrect items delivered

I have order a 2 phones with them, they delivered incorrect items to me, now am trying to contact them, I can't get hold of them. This is re a poor poor service am not happy, please contact me when u see the message

I have emailed all the information of where the parcel must be picked and I aslo need to cancel everything, can I please get a reply on when they'll come since am not at the location all the time
