Incorrect billing

Good day

I recently took up a contract with you (10GB Telkom for R169) and I received my device on the 26th October 2018 and then it was activated on the 29th October 2018, the month of October was suppose d to be pro rata but to my surprise when I checked my billing this month I see that I am billed R103 for October (the total was R272, R272- R169 leaves R103)….How can the contract be R169 for the whole month and the R103 (pro rata for 3 days)?? It doesn’t make sense at all, please correct…This is for number ********** 225
