If you are an employer, I think Mondo does a great job in respecting you and your money

If you are an employer, I think Mondo does a great job in respecting you and your money. But they treat prospects like dirt. They micromanage so it's like you are working for two jobs. They don't care what else you have going on before you even start working. SO if it takes 2 weeks to start the job, then they will harrass you and call you incessantly because they are afraid that you will take a different job. This is so disrespectful in a million ways because there's no need for them to do this.
