I was promised a refund but nothing 20 days later...

<p>the Mondo complaints department said they would see if I could get a refund on the Telkom contract their sales department pretty much forced down my throat without my confirmation or rather against my will. </p> <p> </p> <p>its 20 days now since I called them and they said they would call me back. silence!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Customer service is terribly wrong here.</p> <p> </p> <p>to make things worse. Telkom billed me again this morning. after they said they cancelled my contract with immediate effect. aowa bathong. never have I regretted picking up a call like I am regretting talking to Mondo agents tjerlike</p>
