I was 100% going to cancel my contracts but thanks to Prenusha i changed my mind.

I recently spoke to Prenusha from Mondo Customer Care in connection with a huge problem on my Vodacom account, and i was so impressed with her service, not only was she helpful and actually listened but also sorted the mesa out. Yesterday was 100% adamant i was canceling my contract but Prenusha i hope Vodacom values your services and gives you a raise because you deserve it. Thank you for helping and brilliant service
