I ordered a phone with Mondo however they tried delivering the phone but my fingerprints are dead

I ordered a phone with Mondo however they tried delivering the phone but my fingerprints are dead. I called to ask for a manual way to sign for the phone they advised that the delivery guy will give me a call. I’m still waiting for a call mindue I’ve given permission for a debit order for a phone I don’t have.
