I messaged Mondo I didn’t know personally on WhatsApp i needed help with something, and even though we’d never talked before, he rep**** almost instantly. I expected him to maybe ignore it or respond later, but he was polite, respectful, and genuinely willing to help. He answered all my questions patiently, didn’t act bothered at all, and even checked back later to see if everything was sorted. He didn’t have to do any of that—but he did. That simple act of kindness from a stranger left a strong impression on me. It reminded me that good people are out there, even if we’ve never met them before.
