I bought a contract phone fail to make the payment like agreed. I did not receive data any more and the phone was blocked no sim card was working. When calling them to make an arrangement to pay they said I must call MTN. Every month Mondo is deducting R60 something when I asked at the time it was not clear. Years go the deduction is still going on. Last year I got a call from the MTN debt collector and made arrangement it R4000 something. I pay it all it was settled during May 2025. During the agreement they told as soon pay the debt off my phone will be work. Its 3month the is not working. When calling MTN debt collector they send me MTN at MTN they send me Mondo. Even to this day my paid up letter has not been in to my disposal. I asked again this year about the R60 something that Mondo is deducting to my suprice it was funeral policy.
