I app**** for a phone contract at mondo weeks back they approved everything and told me to wait for my device a few days later I called their courier company and was told mondo mtn told them to hold it without any proper explanation I decided to forget about the stupid contract with them Days ago specifically on Monday they called me told apologized stating that dsv told them I wasn’t reachable on the phone they made me reapply the same process was followed received emails that they approved and it’s packed and ready to go today I called dsv only to be told the parcel is till at MTN WAREHOUSE 😑 Like what exactly are these people cooking this time around I’m so annoyed a whole week and the parcel is still at the warehouse
