I app**** for a cell phone contract and promised that an agent will contact me,, and today 1/10/2024 someone call me to complete my application, I gave her everything she needed which my ID number, Email address, physical Address my account number, there after she sent me 2 sms messages of 2 different OTPs, after few minutes still on line with her she told me that my application was declined, what worries me is why declined after giving her my account number and the date to debit, I have tried to contact them on the WhatsApp I communicate with Mondo but since I complained they said a agent will contact me concerning my cancelation but still waiting, I don't want any surprises in my account,
